Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. She started her career in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in television shows that aired in primetime. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo started her professional acting career in daytime dramas. Between 1995 and 1997, she was a part of the cast as Linda Soto on the ABC soap drama One Life to Live. Then, in 1999, Shesa Sandoval was cast in Guiding Light, a CBS Drama Guiding Light. She began her career as a film actress with a role of Girl 6 (1996), later she appeared in seasons of New York Undercover (1997) as well as The District. Navedo played a role as a co-star on Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy. She also appeared she also appeared in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo worked as a recurring actor on the NBC drama show Law & Order between 2001 and 2004, playing the role of Detective Ana Cordova.
